April 5, 2019 - Thirty-five King’s College students were recently inducted into the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) Accounting Honor Society (IAHS).

The mission of the Society is to recognize and honor academic achievement, to provide an alumni network for lifetime connections, and to advance the profession of accounting. The King’s College chapter was established in 2015. IAHS admits students who are in their junior or senior year, majoring in accounting, finance or information technology, and who have completed a minimum of three accounting courses and attained a cumulative GPA of 3.0 and an accounting GPA of 3.0. Dr. Tara Shawver, CMA, professor of accounting and department chairperson, is the IMA Campus Advocate.
